Virtual group coaching.

Together in an intimate group of no more than six like-minded individuals, you’ll learn the principles of my clarity coaching method. Connect and build relationships with others whilst gaining accountability and extra support towards your goals.

You will: 

  • Improve understanding of coaching and key tools and principles

  • Improve understanding of yourself, clarity on your goals, what you want, what’s has been stopping you and define a plan of action to make your goals a reality

When?



Where and how?

We meet weekly, virtually, usually in the evening at 8pm (to minimise the effect on existing work and personal commitments) for two hours. With homework set between each session.


What we cover (but not limited to).

  • Week 1- Who am I? Increased Self-awareness and reconnect with who we are

  • Week 2 - What makes my soul sing? Defining your values- Using them to start to build life by design

  • Week 3 - What do I want? Dreaming big and starting to feed into your goals                 

  • Week 4 - What does this look and feel like? Clarity of your soul goals and why visual clarity is so important 

  • Week 5 - What is stopping me? Belief systems, how they are formed and identifying and reframing yours

  • Week 6 – Your onward journey. Giving you the motivation and tools to keep going and achieve your goals


Who is it for?

Those wanting to explore coaching and its key principles, to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, define their goals and gain support and guidance to bring these to life. Learning key coaching tools and principles and who enjoy meeting other like-minded individuals, those who benefit from the sense of community and accountability a group environment provides.
